Incorporate the 2nd Amendment

Thank you attorney general Larry Long for joining 33 other attorneys general in support of our 2nd Amendment rights.

The attorneys general have issued a collective request for certiorari to the Supreme Court seeking their review of the case of NRA v. Chicago. Hopefully a review of this case will result in the Supreme Court selectively incorporating the 2nd Amendment, ensuring that the right to bear arms applies to everyone in their respective states as well as on the federal level.
